



We regularly hold Gourmet Evenings to celebrate the best of Italian cooking and to show another side of La Dolce Vita – the world where our award-winning Chef, Gennaro Adaggio, is given free rein to design and prepare a selection of unique dishes - such as foie gras ice cream or pigeon breast with pear pureé, pear and sambuca salad and liquorice sauce. Our intention is to treat your taste buds and delight your senses.
Unlike so many modern gourmet chefs who seem to use ingredients that fuse together on your palate, Gennaro’s imaginative creations allow each of his ingredients to hold their own flavours. These distinct flavours maintain their integrity then blend beautifully with the other elements in each and every dish served.
